Yam Fries

Makes: 5 Servings

Ingredients:

5 Yams - Sliced Into Fries
2/3 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
2 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions:

1. Mix oil, curry powder, pepper & salt.
2. Slather yams in mixture.
3. Place yams on lined cookie sheet &
bake in oven at 400 degrees until
crisp.
