Homemade Yoghurt
Makes: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
2 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup natural unsweetened yoghurt
1 Teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1) Bring milk to boil and let to cool to warm room temperature.
2) Mix in yoghurt and sugar.
3) Pour mixture into a bowl, cover with lid or plastic wrap.
4) Leave in warm place for 8 to 10 hours.
5) When youghurt is set, store in refrigerator.
